Health Records module of VersaSuite. It incorporates all the
design features required to meet the specific needs of an
individual as well as those of an organisation.

Drag and drop functionality, voice and handwriting
recognition, data entry using defaults and prior examination
results makes data entry simple and fast. Reduction in
duplication and automatic coding reduces errors and speed up

can be viewed side by side for comparison or graphically
displayed to follow patient progress.
Sophisticated drawing tool:
Easy to use, allowing total customisation of background,
regions, findings and narratives. Pre-drawn conditions can
be dragged and dropped onto the drawing template or image.
You can also use freehand drawing and add formatted text.
Risk assessments and diagnosis codes can be included,
allowing for accurate clinical documentation. The drawings
and the associated narratives can be incorporated into
referral letters, patient letters or any other
correspondence as required.
Ability to import and export
image, audio and video files:
Patient and procedure videos can be attached to the data
capture template together with any voice files e.g. letter
dictations or commentaries, thereby collating a complete
patient health record in one location.
Automatic creation of letters,
prescriptions, e-mails, reports:
With up to 16 variations of a letter per template. The level
of complexity, the use of different languages can be
customised to enhance effective communication with the
intended audience. The resulting letters, prescriptions of
drugs or other items can be printed, faxed or e-mailed to
appropriate recipients.
Complete Practice Management
integration:
Scheduling, prescriptions, laboratory orders and inventory
utilisation can be linked to the health record templates. In
addition, any costs incurred are automatically saved as part
of patient billing, thereby reducing potential errors and
increasing the speed of invoicing. Integration across all
functionalities improves efficiency and makes the true
paperless environment a reality.
Direct interface with other
electronic equipment:
VersaSuite supports all major electronic communication
standards and all major imaging formats allowing interface

Paper-based documents can be scanned and imported together
with images from other equipment. Both are then easily
accessible directly from the patient health record.

When integrated with the Practice Management module, the
workflow screen brings all the pending activities of a
provider in one place. For a given day or range of days, you
will see all the scheduled patients, the status of the
appointments, the list of all your pending tasks in one
global view or organized by action types, and all the e-mail
exchanges.

Totally customisable access/security levels can be defined
for each individual. Every click on an examination template
is recorded. All edits and deletions are time stamped and
easily tracked and a complete audit trail is produced.
